In addition to Jen’s background as a physiotherapist, she also has a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology, is a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer with a High Performance Specialization and is a Competition Development Coach in the sport of speed skating. Prior to completing her education, Jen was a member of the women’s National Team in Sprint Kayaking. Some career highlights include Pan Am Games Gold Medalist, competing at the World Championships and winning over 30 National Championship Medals.
